About company:

The production company "Crystal" was founded in 2004.

The organization produces and delivers drinking water throughout the city of Bryansk and the Bryansk region. Clients can also order delivery of accompanying goods from partner companies (tea, coffee, confectionery, etc.)

At the moment, the company has at its disposal: an online store, a call center, two warehouses, a pick-up point, a goods delivery service and a service center for repairing coolers.

Tasks:

Main tasks set by the customer:

  • Development of a modern, convenient and informative website.
  • Attracting stable traffic to the site and retaining it.
  • Increasing conversions from website to application.
  • Work on SEO optimization of the site and bringing it to the TOP5 organic results.

Solution:

At the initial stage of site development, a number of key points were identified that would subsequently help in the formation:

  • loyal image of the company,
  • trust from clients,
  • positive reputation of the company.

These points were implemented on the website by posting photos and addressing the clients by the head of the organization. Which indicated transparency on the part of the company and openness in work. When forming a promotion strategy, we analyzed the demand in this topic, together with the customer developed a portrait of the target audience and identified its main “pains”.

An important component of the company’s activities can be attributed to the service sector, which means that it was necessary to achieve the highest level of service:

We developed a feedback form with the manager or the claims department for each page of the site. Using it, the client can contact directly the head of the company and voice his “pains” when interacting with the organization.

A decision was made - for the convenience of placing orders on the part of buyers, to connect a number of integrations that will save the time and effort of the buyer and seller. We introduced the ability to request a commercial offer for a potential customer to the site.

Organic promotion was chosen as the main tool.

Work was carried out on the site that had a positive impact on the promotion results, including:

  • Collection and clustering of the semantic core;
  • Content writing and subsequent posting;
  • Setting up correct headings and meta tags;
  • Setting up regional binding in Yandex and Google;
  • Detection and assistance in solving usability problems;
  • Conducting regular technical and search audits;
  • Conducting analysis of competitors' websites and analysis of behavioral factors, drawing up recommendations for improvement and many others.

Based on the results of web analytics, the necessary improvements were determined and implemented on the site.

As an additional tool, we used the connection to some integrations on the website:

  • Integration of goods, prices and balances with the accounting system "Own System" (automation of adding goods, updating goods and prices)
  • Integration with the SBIS Online Cash Desk (issuing electronic receipts for purchases to the client via email or messenger)
  • Integration with the Yu.Kassa payment system - Internet acquiring (online ordering, with the possibility of online payment)
  • Integration of the site with the fast payment system (FPS) (Reduced commission for the client when paying through FPS)
  • Integration of orders with the accounting system (Automatic generation of closing documents when placing an order)
  • Integration of individual prices for registered clients (Integration of individual prices for authorized clients)

Result:

Thanks to an integrated approach to promotion, as well as the customer’s prompt actions to agree on many recommendations for the site, it was possible to:

  • At the time of delivery of all work to the customer, we had fully implemented the developed strategy and were in the TOP 5 organic search results for most of the key queries.
